Terms of Service Agreement for Publishers

1. Publisher agrees not to place any ads from adult, hate, black hat SEO, warez, or pharmacy sites on any site hosting Adfuel text ads without prior permission from an Adfuel representative.
2. Publisher understands they should check all text ads from all sources (including Adfuel) to insure they are not banned in Google before putting any ougoing link on any site hosting Adfuel text ads.
3. Publisher has the right to refuse any ads for any reason within the the first 48 hours.
4. Publisher agrees to keep all links up for their for full term after 48 hours .
5. Publisher agrees not to move or sell their web site without prior permission from an Adfuel representative if web site has Adfuel ads.
6. Publisher agrees not to contact any of our client directly. You also agree not to accept any links or other ads from our clients if they contact you directly.
7. Publisher understands that adfuel will be selling advertising on the open market and pricing may vary greatly from deal to deal.
8. Publisher understands all information that is password protected on adfuel.com is private and may not be shared with anyone unless required by law.
9. Publisher agrees to keep all other Adfuel business information confidential. This includes client lists.
10. Adfuel may update this Agreement from time to time. Publisher understands they should check this page for updates.
11. Adfuel will pay publisher monthly once balance reaches $100 or more. Publisher will allow at least 15 days after $100 is reached.
12. Publisher is responsible for all costs in making payments to publisher. i.e. PayPal and/or wire transfer costs.
13. Publisher and Adfuel agree that any and all legal matters shall be governed by the laws of The State of Florida , USA. Publisher and Adfuel agree that any action brought by either party against the other shall be brought in The State of Florida, U.S.A. and the parties do hereby waive all questions of personal jurisdiction or venue for carrying out this provision.
14. Publisher and Adfuel agree to be bound by this agreement untill all Adfuel ads on publishers site have completed their terms.
15. Publisher also agrees to keep all Adfuel business information confidential. for 180 days after the termination of this agreement unless required by law.
